Scope of Work

Here follows a broad outline of the services that will be offered by Webs31:

  • Ensure efficient and effective operation of all the computers and printers.
  • Ensure that all the emails are working and backed up regularly.
  • Ensure the protection and security of all ICT assets.
  • Make recommendation on better utilization and improvements of the ICT environments
  • Provide monthly activity reports of the ICT function
  • Monitor all the backups and testing backups every 2 months
  • Patch Management
  • Antivirus Monitoring
  • Provide a client Portal for reporting problems
  • Computer Repairs and maintenance
  • Installing a Firewall that will prevent unauthorized access ( The client has to decide on this)
