Terms and conditions:
- The contract is registered online by clicking “Get Started Today” at the end of the terms and conditions.
- The offer only applies to start-ups and small businesses, therefore a valid registration number should be provided on sign-up.
- The client should provide the content for the website including all images required. Webs31 will not provide website content on behalf of the client.
- The client should make sure the initial payment is made before any work starts
- The client should make sure the monthly payment of R200 is paid, email notifications or reminders will be sent to the client.
- Failure to pay for two consecutive months, the client website and emails will be suspended and a penalty fee of R100 will be charged to re-activate the website and emails.
- The client should log into the client area to view paid and unpaid invoices http://webs31.com/hosting/?ccce=clientarea.
- Webs31 will make sure everything that is included in the contract will be delivered to the client.
- This contract covers a basic website with no complicated features or custom website.
- This contract does not cover: an online shop, user management online systems, online payment systems, news sites, blogging sites or database systems.
- Under this contract you can not give a design of your choice.
- Webs31 will make sure the website is up and running all the time and is upto date.
- A one month backup will be kept for the client’s website.
- Extra support above the allocated hours in this contract will be charged R200 per hour
- To terminate the contract an email should be sent to support@webs31.com
- If a client terminates the contract and wants the website information and domain, he or she will pay a full amount for website development of R4000.
